This Lake Tahoe estate located at 1041 Lakeshore Blvd, also known as The Old Forge – Wynn Estate was originally developed by casino king Steve Wynn in 1993. He then sold it five years later for $17 Million. The current owner bought it in 2017 and spent millions on its renovation and last Friday it made a record by selling for $62 Million. The property was initially listed for 72 million in September 2023.
The property consists of 5 acres of massive land and has 210 feet of private beach. It has 7 bedrooms and 11 bedrooms with direct access to the lake. The main house is built on 12,661-square-foot land and features a gym, media room, gaming room, gourmet kitchen, a bar, a wine room, and multiple balconies. It is certainly one of the most expensive houses in Lake Tahoe.
