Murat Gocmen
Murat Gocmen is the founder and Broker-Owner of Real Estate Tahoe, a software engineer and data analyst turned Lake Tahoe broker with deep expertise in residential sales, vacation rentals, and investment properties. He serves buyers and sellers across the California-Nevada state line, covering communities from Truckee and Tahoe City to Incline Village and South Lake Tahoe.
He built the data platform the brokerage runs on, so every price he recommends comes with its comps from all four MLS feeds plus the home's permit, land coverage and insurance data.
