Every Tahoe listing.
The moment it hits the market.
Data Zillow and Redfin don't have.

The Real Estate Tahoe app puts the entire Lake Tahoe MLS in your pocket — with alerts that reach your phone within minutes of a new listing going live. It is Real Estate Tahoe's own native iPhone and Android app, from the Incline Village brokerage of broker-owner Murat Gocmen, who also operates 40+ Lake Tahoe vacation rentals through MG Vacation Rentals.

Zillow and Redfin can show you a Tahoe listing. Neither can tell you if it's eligible for a short-term rental permit, how much of the parcel TRPA lets you build on, or what your fire insurance premium will look like before you make an offer. The Real Estate Tahoe app shows all three, on every eligible home, the moment it hits the market.

Frequently asked questions

Why use this app instead of Zillow or Redfin?

Zillow and Redfin are built for national search. Tahoe crosses two states and seven separate STR jurisdictions, each with its own permit caps and zoning rules. This app tracks that data on every eligible listing, along with TRPA land coverage and wildfire insurance projections. Neither national portal does.

Does the Real Estate Tahoe app have video tours of listings?

Yes. Real Estate Tahoe's own listings carry walkthrough videos filmed room by room by the listing broker, playable inside the app and emailed to buyers following the home. Every other MLS listing in the app shows the full photo set. Zillow and Redfin show 3D tours only on listings whose agent paid for one; neither films anything.
