Meet Kristina Mattson

In short: Kristina Mattson is Co-Owner and Managing Broker of Real Estate Tahoe, the only data-driven brokerage in Lake Tahoe. She has lived on the North Shore for more than 25 years, spent 15 as a regional broker, and is the 2026 President of the Incline Village Realtors®. She pairs that local knowledge with the brokerage's data: sales from all four Tahoe MLS feeds counted once, each home's short-term rental permit status, its TRPA land coverage and what it really costs to insure.

My Story

For more than 25 years, I have proudly called North Lake Tahoe home. Over the years, I have raised three children in this incredible community while building a successful career serving buyers and sellers throughout North Lake Tahoe, Truckee, and Incline Village.

My experience includes 15 years as a Regional Broker for one of the area's leading real estate companies, providing me with extensive knowledge of local markets, negotiations, and transaction management. My commitment to this community extends beyond real estate, having served as a local high school coach, President of the Incline Village Realtors®, and a member of numerous local boards and organizations. These experiences have strengthened my deep connections throughout the Tahoe region and reinforced my belief in the importance of service, leadership, and community involvement.

North Lake Tahoe, Truckee and Incline Village homes, from first-time mountain homes to luxury. I listed and sold an $8.2 million North Lake Tahoe home in 2024 and represented the buyer of a $3.85 million West Shore home.
